Check-in – check-out

The rooms are available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 11:00 am. Please let us know in advance of your intention to arrive earlier by e-mail or via phone, we will take it into account depending on the current availability (24h assistance: Sebestyén Ákos 06/30-1037500). Surcharge for this: HUF 5,000 / room. On the day of departure, you may extend your stay until 4:00 pm for an additional fee, if no guests arrive in the room that day. Extension fee: 50% of the daily room rate. To check in, you should fill in the check-in form accurately, scanning of IDs is obligatory. Based on this, the guests will receive the room card. When leaving the room or checking out, please hand in the card at the reception. In case of loss or damage of the room card, a compensation fee of HUF 10,000 shall be payable. The guest must pay the accommodation costs (room price, tourist tax, etc.) upon arrival. Other costs incurred during the stay (e.g. restaurant consumption) should be paid by the guest on the same day or on the day of departure at the latest. In case of departure without payment, the accommodation will be entitled to take legal action.

Visitors

No other than the registered guests can stay in the rooms, please welcome your visitors in the common area.

Devices and equipment

The guest are required to use the tools and equipment of the accommodation or their intended purpose, and they may not be taken out of the accommodation area. In the event of theft, the hotel will file a criminal complaint or bring an action for compensation. Any rearrangement of the room may only be carried out by an employee of the accommodation or a representative appointed for such purpose. Damage resulting from arbitrary rearrangement shall be the liability of the guest. Please dispose the garbage in the dust bin located on the accommodation area and in the room. If you detect a fault in any equipment, please notify the reception immediately. The guest must not repair the defect, the accommodation shall not be responsible for the resulting damage – even if the damage was caused solely to himself.

Cleaning

Rooms are cleaned daily between 8 am and 3 pm. In case of a longer stay, bed linen is changed every 3 days, towels are changed depending on the guest’s request (by placing them placed on the bathroom floor). The cost of cleaning and disinfecting a room and room textiles heavily soiled due to the guest’s behaviour may be partially or fully charged by the accommodation to the guest. The accommodation may be exempted from daily cleaning if a sign “Please do not disturb!” is hung on the outside handle of the guest’s door.

Safety and fire protection

There is a fire alarm system in the hotel’s guest rooms. It is forbidden to store flammable or explosive materials in the room, and all guests must comply with the fire protection regulations. In case of fire, please notify the reception.

Damage

Please protect the furnishings. In the event of damage, the person who has caused the damage, or their legal representative or attendant, shall be required to compensate for the damage. In case of damage caused by negligence or on purpose, the hotel will require the person responsible for the damage to pay compensation. In case of possible loss of the provided room card, the guests shall report it immediately and reimburse the price (HUF 10,000/piece) to the host.

Smoking

According to Act XLII of 1999 on the Protection of Non-Smokers, smoking is prohibited in closed rooms (including guest rooms) and public areas of the hotel. The accommodation has placed signs calling for the obligation to comply with the referenced legislation in the areas required by the legislation. The employees of the accommodation have the right to warn the guests as well as any other person staying in the premises of the accommodation, to comply with the law and to stop illegal behaviour. The guests and any person staying in the accommodation area are required to comply with the law and to comply with any summons. If, due to the illegal behaviour of any guest or other person staying on the premises of the accommodation, the operator of the accommodation is fined by the competent authority based on the referenced legislation, the operator reserves the right to pass the amount of the fine onto the person who has been engaged in the illegal behaviour, or to demand its payment from him. If the guest can be proven to violate the obligations contained in the above legislation, he will be required to pay a fee of HUF 30,000 to the operator of the accommodation, which the operator of the accommodation is entitled to charge to the guest’s room account and which the guest is to settle upon departure.

The guests’ tranquillity

Please respect the rest of the other guests and do not disturb them by making noise. Pay particular attention to each other’s peace between 10 pm and 6 am. Loud noise is prohibited during this period, including watching television at a disturbing volume inside the rooms, listening to music, and playing loud music in the common area.

Lost property

The guest should hand in any unwanted items found at the accommodation at the reception. Things left by the guest at the accommodation shall be kept by the accommodation for one month. Abandoned food, medicine, and perishable items will be destroyed by the hotel immediately.

Accommodation’s liability for damages

We would like to draw the attention of our dear guests to the fact that our hotel will not assume liability for valuables left in the room. Please put your valuables in the safety box in the room or in that at the reception.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation area. It is forbidden to bring animals into the restaurant or bar!
